Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our services, view examples of our work, and request a quote or contact us. Quotes and estimates

Any price we give you through this site, by SMS, by email or over the phone is an estimate based on the information and photos you provide. It is not a binding offer or a fixed-price contract.

Photos can only show so much. Once we see the vehicle in person, the damage may prove to be more or less extensive than it appeared. If the work required differs from what we quoted, we will tell you before we start and confirm a revised price with you.

Repair times quoted on this site, including references to most jobs being completed in one to two hours, are typical times based on our experience. They are not guarantees for any particular job.

Our work and our guarantee

We carry out mobile paint and minor body repairs to a professional standard, and we stand behind our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with a repair we have carried out, contact us and we will work with you to put it right.

Colour matching is carried out to match your vehicle's factory paint as closely as possible. Age, previous repairs, fading and variation in the original factory finish can all affect the result on any given panel.

Because our work is carried out at your home, workplace or another location you nominate, we rely on that site being safe and accessible, and on weather conditions being suitable. We may need to reschedule if conditions do not allow us to complete the work to standard.

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Content and photographs on this site

All content on this site, including text, logos, and before and after photographs of our work, is owned by or licensed to Sydney Duco Doctors Australia. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish or use our content or photographs for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The before and after images on this site illustrate the type of work we carry out. Some are photographs of completed jobs and some are illustrative. Either way they are not a promise of an identical result on your vehicle, because every repair depends on the vehicle, the paint and the damage.
